A pug named Vincent Van Pugh has just moved to a new house in France his owner is unpacking when Vincent Van Pugh sees a beautiful female French Bulldog. Vincent Van Pugh's goal is to get his owner to walk him so he can go and meet the beautiful bulldog, Brigette Bardoge.
